These workouts can be done at home or the gym. A gym membership is not required.
At the very minimum you will need 1 heavy set of dumbbells and 1 light set of dumbbells. Of course, the more options you have the better but 2 sets are all you need to do the workouts. You will also need a stability ball, a yoga mat, resistance bands (optional) and a sturdy chair or step.
Absolutely! All of the techniques in the guide are the same techniques I use with all of my clients no matter their age….they just work for women over age 40 better than anything else.
This is simply rotating the amount of carbs you eat between higher and lower amounts depending on the day of the week. This technique really speeds up fat loss so it is one of my favorite ways to eat when trying to lose weight. I spelled everything out in the guide to make it super simple.
